I bought this one together with the knife only version to find out which one I prefer - answer is: both :) Razor sharp knife & scissors right out of the box. Great! This is a very well made knife; both tools shows no play whatsoever. It's not my everyday goto knife (which is the knife only version instead), but it's a very nice knife to carry. The 12C17 steel can be ground easily and to a really sharp edge, it has a relatively low profile, beautifully made and with the stainless steel version you can open beer bottles without any trace on the material :)
